Ticket Log is the market leader in the maintenance of large fleets, with more than 350 thousand registered vehicles and a national coverage of 93%. To bring a better maintenance experience to individuals and small businesses, Zallpy was hired to develop a new nationwide platform to connect drivers and service providers.

At the end of 2019, after completion of the discovery and alignment of business purposes stage, the development of the first version of KD Minha Oficina (Where is My Workshop) began.
Following clear guidelines from a backlog that is constantly being updated, the project endorsed the purpose of the partnership between Zallpy and Ticket Log: the delivery of fast and effective digital solutions that generate value for the business.
Main features of KD Minha Oficina:
Multiple quotation
The user places a single order and receives quotations from all registered workshops within a 10 km (6.2 mi) radius.
Direct request
The user chooses the authorized workshop based on criteria such as distance or evaluations and asks for a quote directly.
Promotions
Campaigns offered by Ticket Log with free association for the workshops, which increase sales and lead generation opportunities.
Zenvia API
Integração com a Zenvia para comunicação via SMS e WhatsApp, com árvore de atendimento para cotação e agendamentos.
SUIV API
Access to all vehicle information through license plate consultation, allowing maintenance scheduling.
